Elegant Antique Art Glass Table Epergne. Five White Opalescent Iridescent Glass Trumpets with Brass Stand. Lovely table epergne with fine hand blown art glass fluted trumpets. Most likely dates to the turn of the century or a bit later. Elegant brass stand with scalloped cups and ball feet holds a center tall trumpet and 4 smaller.
No marks that I can find. I believe it could be of Bohemian Czech origin or possibly French opalescent glass. Lovely white that has iridescent hues when light hits it. Height of the piece to top of center trumpet is 15 1/4 inch. Width or depth of stand is 8 inches!
It is a nice size and not so large that it works in many settings! As far as condition: One of the glass trumpets has a tight hairline crack. Structurally sound and not easily noticed. All else is in very good condition. Please view all the photos as they are part of the description!
